复旦大学陈树渠比较政治发展研究中心2013年度课题申报工作已经启动，现面向全国公开招标，有关事项公告如下：
一、申报对象
面向全国高校、党校、社科院等社科研究机构。投标以单位或个人名义进行。
二、主题和资助强度
本次课题招标的年度主题为：“转型、冲突与公共治理”。年度主题下的研究方向见《课题指南》，也可自选切合年度主题的研究方向。
每个研究方向原则上确立一项中标课题；原则上要求明年12月份之前（含12月份）完成课题，成果形式为研究报告或学术论文（1.5-2万字），每项课题资助1万元。
三、具体事项安排
1、申请人可登录复旦大学陈树渠比较政治发展研究中心网站（网址http://www.ccpds.fudan.edu.cn/）“资料下载”页面下载《复旦大学陈树渠比较政治发展研究中心2013年度课题申报申请书》及相关材料。申请书用计算机填写（申请人签名必须本人手写）、A4纸双面印制中缝装订,一式3份寄到复旦大学陈树渠比较政治发展研究中心，同时将电子版通过邮件发送至CCPDS@fudan.edu.cn。

2、申报截止日期为2013年2月20日。
3、2013年3月1日前，复旦大学陈树渠比较政治发展研究中心学术委员会对投标课题进行评审，产生入围的课题。
